Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people? We are currently recruiting 4 Children’s Residential Support Workers to join a dedicated and supportive team in the Leyland area.

? The Role As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will:

• Provide day-to-day care and support to children in a residential setting
  
  
• Build positive, trusting relationships with young people
  
  
• Support with emotional, behavioural, and social development
  
  
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and structured environment
  
  
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care plans
  
  

? Pay Rates

• £13.00 per hour (minimum)
  
  
• Up to £13.50 per hour for candidates holding a relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification
  
  

? What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people (residential, care, youth work, etc.)
  
  
• A caring, resilient, and patient approach
  
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
  
  
• NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (desirable, not essential)
