Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home Liverpool | Brand-New 4-Bed Home | £45,000 – £50,000 DOE Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to take the lead on a brand-new 4-bed children’s residential home in Liverpool.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced children’s residential professional who is ready to take ownership of a new service and play a key role in establishing a high-quality home from the outset.

You’ll be responsible for providing strong leadership, ensuring excellent standards of care and creating an environment where children and young people can thrive.

The Role As Registered Manager, you will:

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of a 4-bed children’s residential home.
• Lead, support and develop a dedicated staff team.
• Ensure the home provides a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment for children and young people.
• Maintain excellent standards of safeguarding, care planning and record keeping.
• Ensure the service remains fully compliant with Ofsted regulations and relevant legislation.
• Work closely with professionals, families and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of practice across the home.
• Prepare the service for Ofsted inspection and maintain strong regulatory standards.
• Provide effective leadership, supervision and performance management to the staff team.

About You We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager or senior children's residential professional who has a strong understanding of Ofsted-regulated services.

You must have:

• Previous management experience within children's residential care.
• Experience working within Ofsted-regulated children's residential provisions.
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and children's residential legislation.
• The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A genuine commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people.
• The ability to take ownership and build a new service from the ground up.
