Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a expanding Law Firm based in Lancashire. They are seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their team.

Role: Civil Litigation Lawyer
Location: Lancashire/ Hybrid – 2 days working from home
Salary: £33,000 - £50,000 annum DOE
 
Responsibilities as a Civil Litigation Solicitor:

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial proceedings
• Draft and files pleadings, motions, briefs and other legal documents
• Ensure compliance with court procedures and deadlines
• Able to handle high caseload in Civil Litigation from start to completion.

About you as a Civil Litigation Solicitor:

• 1- 3 years of post qualified experience handling litigated civil claims as a Solicitor/Barrister or Legal Executive
• Ability to manage litigated cases from issue of proceedings to trial
• Strong technical lawyer with good written and oral communication skills
