Job Summary
We are seeking a Cleaner to support our Mobile Operations Team in carrying out cleaning tasks for a Housing Association on a temporary to permanent contract. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in various locations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable work and wanting to use their own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning tasks to a high standard in various locations
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in communal areas, offices, and other spaces
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the team

Requirements

• Full UK Driving License (essential for using own vehicle)
• Access to own vehicle
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift and move cleaning equipment

Contract Details

• Temporary to permanent contract
• 12 months initial contract, with possibility to go Permanent
• 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
• Mileage allowance payable due to use of own vehicle
• Immediate start available pending successful onboarding and DBS clearance
