Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known professional law firm based in West Yorkshire, which needs a Clinical Negligence Solicitor.

Previous experience of handling your own caseload is essential and you should be confident in all aspects of Clinical Negligence.

The firm is open to Individuals with 2-6 years PQE.

They can pay a salary of £40,000 - £80,000 annum depending upon experience.

Key Responsibilities as a Clinical Negligence Solicitor:

• Running a case load of Claimant Clinical Negligence matters.
• Dealing with matters at all stages, from taking the client’s initial instructions through to archiving, in accordance with office and accounts procedures.
• Representing clients at Court (including advocacy) as appropriate.

 
About you as a Clinical Negligence Solicitor:

• Current Practicing Certificate or equivalent.
• Ability to work within teams and individually using own initiative.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
