Commercial Lawyer

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a respected and forward-thinking Local Authoirty based in Sheffield for a Senior Commercial Lawyer to join their established legal team on a permanent basis.

This role pays a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 annum depending on experience.

This role is on a Hybrid basis with lots of flexibility involved.

Responsibilities as a Senior Commercial lawyer:

• Able to handle caseload in commercial law from start to completion
• Provide legal support on procurement and tendering processes
• Support on corporate transactions, partnership agreements and joint ventures where required

About you as a Senior Commercial Lawyer:

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE in Commercial law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
