Commercial Projects Lawyer

Service Care Solutions is working alongside a forward-thinking local authority, based in Warwickshire, which is seeking a Commercial Projects Solicitor to join their growing legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering innovative, high-profile projects across Warwickshire.
 
Role: Commercial Projects Solicitor
Location: Warwickshire – hybrid
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing
Umbrella Rate: £45-£50ph
PAYE Inc. Hol. Rate: £39.72 - £44.06ph

What you’ll be doing:

• Advising on a wide range of commercial, contractual and procurement matters.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts and agreements.
• Supporting major projects and collaborations with public and private sector partners.

About you:

• Have 3+ years of PQE in Commercial Contracts and Procurement law ideally within the public sector.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
• Commitment to public service values and making a positive impact in Warwickshire.

Benefits:

• Hybrid working – office attendance would be once per week on a Monday. The rest can be done remotely.
• Weekly pay – the rate offered will depend on experience and interview performance.
• Flexible hours.
