Commercial Property Director

Service Care Solutions is delighted to be working with a forward-thinking law firm in Glasgow to recruit a Senior Associate / Director to join their dynamic Commercial Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial property professional looking to lead on high-value, complex transactions within a supportive and progressive environment.

The Role:

• Lead on complex commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, development projects, funding deals, and commercial leasing.
• Provide clear, strategic advice to clients across all aspects of commercial property and conveyancing.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members, supporting their development.
• Contribute to departmental business meetings and marketing initiatives.
• Promote and expand the firm’s commercial property business, developing relationships with both existing and new clients.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell services across the firm.

About You:

• PQE: Flexible – the firm is open to hearing from candidates across different levels of experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in commercial property law, with a proven track record in complex transactions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills.
• Ambitious, client-focused, and commercially minded.

Working Hours & Benefits:

• Monday–Friday (35 hours/week), with flexibility or part-time arrangements considered.
• Permanent role based in Glasgow.
