Commercial Property Paralegal

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a expanding Local authority based in Cheshire. They are seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal  to join their team .

This role pays a competitive rate of:
Umbrella Rate -  £16-£18ph depending on experience
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £14.62 - £16.38 depending on experience
 
Responsibilities as a Commercial Property Paralegal:

• Handle your own Property Caseload from start to completion.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documentation including leases, licenses and contracts
• Preparing reports and maintaining accurate files and cases management systems

 
About you Property Commercial Property Paralegal :

• Strong knowledge and understanding in property law.
• A minimum of 3 year’s experience within a commercial property department advising and representing clients on a range of real estate matters
• Good communication skills written and verbal
