Commercial Property Paralegal

Service Care Solutions is working with a modern and fast-growing law firm, based in Buckinghamshire, which is looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their team. In this role, you will provide direct support to the Managing Director in handling a variety of commercial property transactions.
 
Role: Commercial Property Paralegal
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: £28,000 to £42,000 D.O.E.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and maintain legal files in line with the firm’s risk management procedures.
• Conduct property searches using appropriate online platforms.
• Manage post-completion - SDLT submissions and Land Registry registrations.
• Carry out searches and handle Land Registry applications.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a legal secretary or paralegal in a Commercial Property department (a minimum of 6 months of experience).
• Fast and accurate touch typing (ideally 60 WPM or more).
• Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
