Commercial Property Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is working with a Legal 500 Leading Firm, based in Wiltshire, which is seeking an ambitious Solicitor to join their busy and successful Commercial Property team. The Commercial Property team is a blend of City-trained and locally qualified solicitors, offering a depth of knowledge and experience that is unrivalled in the area.
 
Role: Commercial Property Solicitor – NQ to 5 years of PQE
Location: Wiltshire
Salary: £45,000 to £60,000 per annum
 
The Role
You will work on a wide variety of commercial property matters for both commercial and private clients. The caseload will include:

• Landlord & Tenant matters
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Development work

In this role, you will be expected to contribute to the success of the firm in line with its business plan, with clear career progression routes available – including Associate and Managing Associate Solicitor opportunities.
 
About You

• NQ to 5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
• A genuine passion for commercial property work
• Commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients
