Commercial Property Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is working in partnership with a highly regarded law firm, based in the West Midlands, who are looking to appoint a Senior Associate Solicitor to join their successful Commercial Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented lawyer who enjoys high-quality transactions work and client contact, and who wants to help shape the department’s future.
 
Role: Senior Associate Solicitor – Commercial Property
Location: West Midlands
Salary: £65,000 to £70,000 + Excellent Benefits
 
The Role
You’ll handle a broad and varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals.
• Landlord and tenant work (leases, renewals, assignments).
• Development projects.
• Refinancing and investment transactions.

Working alongside a supportive team of experienced lawyers, you’ll also have the chance to play an active role in business development and help strengthen client relationships across the region.
 
This is a hands-on, client-facing position that combines technical excellence with commercial acumen.
 
About You

• 6+ years PQE in Commercial Property.
• Proven experience in handling complex transactions.
• A proactive, professional approach with genuine commercial awareness.
