Commercial Property Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is working with a Tier 1 Legal 500 company, based in Buckinghamshire, which is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ–2 years PQE) to join their highly regarded Real Estate Team.
 
Role: Commercial Property / Real Estate Solicitor (NQ – 2 years PQE)
Location: Buckinghamshire 
Salary: £45,000 to £55,000

The Role:

• Handle a wide range of commercial property matters. This will involve landlord and tenant matters, commercial acquisitions and disposals, occupier work, and Investment and property finance.
• Contribute to business development whilst supporting existing clients of the Real Estate team.
• Support senior members of the Real Estate team as and when required.

Key Experience & Skills:

• NQ–2 years PQE in Commercial Property/Real Estate Law as a solicitor (in England and Wales).
• A solid grounding in commercial property/real estate work—experience from training seats will be considered.
• A genuine interest in business development and growing your professional profile.
