Commercial Property Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is working with a well-established law firm with over 200 years of history, which is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its team at either its Kettering or Corby office. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor to who is looking to progress their career to partnership level.
 
Role: Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Kettering or Corby, Northamptonshire
Salary: £60,000 to £80,000
PQE: 5 or more years 
Partnership Prospects: Available for the right candidate
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a large and varied caseload of commercial property matters and associated transactions.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with the firm's established clients whilst contributing to business development.
• Assist Partners and the wider firm as required.

Key Requirements:

• You must be a Solicitor (in England and Wales) with 5 or more years of PQE in Commercial Property law.
• A strong track record of outstanding billing performance.
• Excellent client relationship and business development skills.
