Commercial Property Solicitor

Service Care Legal are working in partnership with a highly regarded regional law firm in Chelmsford, Essex, known for its strong commercial client base, collaborative culture and excellent reputation.

ROLE:                  Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE:                     NQ to 8 years’+
LOCATION:          Chelmsford, Essex
SALARY:              £45,000–£70,000+ DOE and PQE

The Role

You will handle a varied commercial property caseload, including:
 

• Freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions
• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, licences and related agreements
• Property development, including site acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Advising SMEs, investors and developers
• Supporting on high-value and complex transactions

About You
 

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with NQ to 8+ years' PQE
• Strong commercial property experience, ideally gained within private practice
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and client management skills
• Commercially minded and client-focused
