Community Payback Placement Coordinator – Portsmouth | 6 Month Contract |

Service Care Solutions is recruiting a Community Payback Placement Coordinator for a busy Unpaid Work office in Portsmouth. This is a great opportunity for a CP Placement Coordinator to join the Probation Service on a 6-month contract, supporting people on probation and helping make local communities safer places.

Community Payback Placement Coordinator Role – Portsmouth:

• Establish and maintain relationships with partner organisations, voluntary/statutory bodies, and community stakeholders
• Source and maintain sufficient Unpaid Work placements to meet Community Payback Guidance quality standards
• Support the CP Manager in ensuring placements meet policy objectives and legislative compliance
• Risk assess project sites (e.g. schools, community venues) — including weekend visits where sites aren't accessible midweek
• Cover CP Supervisor duties as required, including weekend working

Vacancy Details – CP Placement Coordinator, Portsmouth:

• Location: Portsmouth
• Salary: £22.89 p.h ltd
• Contract: 6 months
• Hours: 37 hours/week — flexible Mon–Fri, plus Saturday/Sunday working required each month (paid at a higher rate)

What You'll Need:

• Aged 25+ (essential)
• Full UK Manual driving licence — mandatory technical requirement (automatic-only licences cannot be accepted)
• Practical experience risk assessing projects (advantageous)
• Comfortable working flexibly across weekdays and rostered weekends
