Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside an expanding Police force based in West Yorkshire. They are looking for a Contract and Procurement Solicitor to join their growing team.

Temporary assignment: 3 months ongoing contract on a Hybrid basis
This role pays a competitive rate of:
Umbrella rate - £50-£55 an hour depending on experience
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.50-£48.89 an hour depending on experience

Responsibilities as a Contracts and Procurement Solicitor:
- Able to handle high volume caseloads in Contract and Procurement from start to completion.
- Drafting high value and complex documentations.
- Handle disputes arising from procurement and contract-related matters.
- Advise and direct commercial projects of unlimited value on behalf of West Yorkshire Police. Draft and negotiate a variety of contracts including special police service agreements, Police Community Support Officer (PSCO) agreements and other matters to ensure the best financial outcomes for the Force.
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with experience in Contracts Law.
- Good communication skills written and verbal.
