Service care solutions are currently working alongside a familiar local authority, based in Oxfordshire, which is seeking an Contracts Lawyer to join their team.

This role pays a competitive rate of:

PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.48 £53.28 -  per hour
Umbrella - £50-£60per hour

This role is on a 6-month contract with potential to extend

Responsibilities as a Contracts Lawyer:

• To Perform in an effective, timely, courteous, professional and flexible manner the duties of a qualified lawyer
• To contribute to effective governance arrangements within the Council
• To contribute to corporate and service projects as required

• Personally represent the Council and other clients before the courts, tribunals and public inquiries as required

 
About you as a Contracts Lawyer:

• Ability to manage workload under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a valid Practising Certificate.
• Good communication skills written and verbal.
