Service Care Legal are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Lawyer to join an established public sector legal team.
ROLE: Contracts Lawyer
LOCATION: Essex (full remote)
RATE: £65–£70ph Umbrella / £61.10ph PAYE inc. holiday pay / £55.41ph PAYE exc. holiday pay
CONTRACT: 3 Months Rolling

You’ll independently manage a varied caseload and advising on complex and high-value work covering:

- Procurement
- Construction matters, including JCT and NEC
Key Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with strong contracts/commercial experience
- Experience with procurement and construction contracts
- JCT/NEC experience essential
- Local authority/public sector experience preferred
