Conveyancer

Service care solutions are currently recruiting for a Conveyancer for a Thrilling Law Firm based in North Yorkshire.
 
They are paying a competitive salary of £30,000 - £42,000 annum DOE

Responsibilities as a conveyancer:

• Managing property transactions from instruction to completion
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements

• Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and government agencies.
• Advise clients on the legal aspects of buying or selling property.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and professional standards.

 
About you as a conveyancer:

• Strong knowledge of Residential and conveyancing procedures
• Proven experience in residential or commercial conveyancing
• Excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills
• Good communication and IT skills
