Conveyancer

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a growing Law Firm based in North Yorkshire. They are looking for a  Conveyancer to join their expanding legal team.

This role pays a competitive salary of £35,000 - £50,000 annum depending on experience.
 
Responsibilities as a Conveyancer:

• Able to handle high caseload in conveyancing from start to completion.
• Handle sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages.
• Stay updated with conveyancing regulations and relevant legislation.
• Maintain accurate records and case management systems.

 
About you as a Conveyancer:

• 3 year’s experience in Residential Conveyancing.
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and manage your own cases from start to finish without supervision
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, property law and HM land Registry process.
