Conveyancer

Service care solutions are currently working alongside a law firm based in Lancashire who are looking for a Conveyancer.

This role pays a competitive salary of £35,000 - £50,000 annum DOE

Responsibilities as a conveyancer:

• Managing property transactions from instruction to completion
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties

About you as a conveyancer:

• Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple cases
• Excellent attention to details
