Service Care Solutions is currently working with a forward-thinking law firm based in Saddleworth who are looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive.

Job Title: Conveyancing Fee Earner/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive
Location: Saddleworth/Hybrid Working
Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities as a Conveyancer:

• To assist and build own case load in a thriving residential property department taking instructions on new enquiries and providing advice and handling cases autonomously and as part of a team.
• To build relationships with clients and contacts on behalf of the Team.
• To use initiative to prepare contracts, correspondence and legal documents using Case Management.

About you as a Conveyancer:

• Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced fee earner.
• Strong academic record.
• The ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
• Excellent IT skills.
