Conveyancer

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a law firm based in South Yorkshire who are looking for a Licensed Conveyancer.

This role pays a competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 annum DOE

This role is on a Hybrid basis and has flexibility on working hours.

Responsibilities as a Licensed Conveyancer:

• An experienced Licenced Conveyancer with a proven track record of complex residential property work
• Have strong new build purchase experience 
• Have good management and supervisory skills
• Be self-motivated and able to organise your own workload

About you as a Licensed Conveyancer:

• A qualified residential conveyancer with at least 5 years’ PQE or equivalent
• Comfortable managing your own files with minimal supervision
• Focused on delivering a high-quality client experience
• Looking for a role with manageable caseloads and strong team support
• Interested in working within a collaborative and progressive firm
