Conveyancing Fee Earner

Service Care Solutions are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Hull, who are looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their busy Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancing professional who is looking to join a friendly, supportive and client-focused firm, with the opportunity to work on a varied residential conveyancing caseload.

Location: Hull/ Office-based initially, with hybrid working available after probation
Salary: £27,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience

The role will involve a broad range of residential property transactions, including Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Remortgages, Transfers of equity, New-build transactions, Shared ownership matters, Auction purchases, dealing with registered and unregistered titles, Liaising with mortgage lenders and other third parties, Dealing with Land Registry requirements and Handling property-related enquiries and documentation.

Responsibilities as a Conveyancing Fee Earner:

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Reviewing contracts, titles and property documentation
• Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications
• Providing regular updates to clients and maintaining excellent client relationships
• Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with required deadlines
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures

About you as a Conveyancing Fee Earner:

• Previous experience working within a residential conveyancing department

• Good knowledge of the residential conveyancing process from instruction through to completion
• Experience dealing with freehold and leasehold transactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good IT and case management system skills
