Conveyancing Lawyer

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Boston. They are looking for a Conveyancing Lawyer to join their busy and expanding property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional seeking a hybrid role with genuine career progression.

The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. You will be joining a supportive team environment with administrative assistance in place, allowing you to focus on delivering a high-quality service to clients.

Responsibilities as a Conveyancer:

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity, remortgages, and new build transactions
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and title documents
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk management procedures
• Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction

About you:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with 1-year PQE or more
• Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and property law
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
