Conveyancing Legal Assistant

Service Care Solutions is currently working with a respected local authority, based in Southwest London, which is seeking a Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join their busy and supportive legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional looking to broaden their expertise within the public sector.
 
Role: Conveyancing Legal Assistant
Location: South West London – hybrid working
Umbrella Rate: £18-£20ph
PAYE Inc. Rate: £16.27 - £18.01ph
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.
• Supporting solicitors with complex property transactions and local authority land projects.
• Maintaining accurate records and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

About You:

• Proven experience in the legal side of residential conveyancing is essential.
• Familiarity with local government legislation and governance is desirable, though not essential.
• Strong organisational and communication skills are key.
