Service Care Legal are recruiting for an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join a well-established law firm in Chelmsford. Please find below further details about this position.
 
ROLE:                  Residential Property Paralegal
LOCATION:         Chelmsford, Essex
SALARY:              £26,000 to £30,000
 
Please note that this position would be office based.
 
The Role
 

• Supporting residential property and new build transactions
• Managing client onboarding, ID/AML and source of funds checks
• Preparing searches, completion statements, SDLT and Land Registry forms
• Assisting with exchange, completion and general fee earner support

 
The Person
 

• 2+ years’ residential property/paralegal experience
• Experience supporting fee earners across multiple matters
• Strong communication, organisation and IT skills
• A professional, proactive and client-focused approach
