Role: Conveyancing Legal Secretary
Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: £25,000 to £27,000
 
The Role:
As a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting the conveyancing department, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day matters. Duties will include:

• Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners.
• Preparing legal documentation and correspondence.
• Audio and copy typing of letters and forms.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other third parties.

About You:

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within conveyancing is essential – 1 year minimum for a UK law firm.
• Strong audio/copy typing and IT skills.
• Professional, personable, and confident in liaising with clients.
