Conveyancing Team Leaders

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Team Leader to join a well-known law firm in Blackburn. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled residential conveyancer with leadership experience to take the next step in their career, overseeing a growing team while maintaining a varied caseload.

Job Title: Conveyancing Team Leader
Location: Blackburn
Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
 
Key Responsibilities as a Conveyancing Team Leader:

• Lead, support, and develop a team of trainee conveyancers, ensuring strong performance, productivity, and ongoing professional growth.
• Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, shared ownership, and new build properties.
• Offer expert legal advice and guidance to team members on more complex cases and technical queries.
• Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions.
• Prepare and review key legal documentation such as contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements.

About you as a Conveyancing Team Leader:

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• At least 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a conveyancing team.
• Strong technical knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
