Corporate and Commercial Legal Assistant

Service care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known professional law firm based in Lancashire, which is in need of a Corporate and Commercial Legal Assistant.

You will be a key member of the firm’s corporate and commercial team supporting the two partners in providing a first-class service to their clients.

The firm is open to Individuals with at least 5 year’s experience as a Legal Assistant.

They can pay a salary of £30,000 annum depending upon experience.

Key Responsibilities as a Legal Assistant:

• Supporting the partners in the corporate team.
• File opening and preparing letters of engagement and undertaking AML checks using credit safe.
• Filing documents at companies House.
• Telephone call handling for the team ensuring that messages are captured accurately and passed on in a timely manner.

 
About you as a Legal Assistant:

• Able to handle tight deadlines.
• Able to work under pressure
• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant
• Experience of working in a law firm or other professional environment
