Service Care Solutions are supporting a well know Law firm who have a standout opportunity for an experienced Corporate & Commercial lawyer to join a fast-growth firm offering a genuine platform for progression, autonomy, and practice-building.

The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a growing Corporate team with strong momentum, high-quality work, and clear ambitions. The firm is investing in its Corporate practice and is looking for individuals who want to be part of that growth story.

Work includes:

• M&A and strategic transactions
• Corporate structuring and advisory
• Shareholder arrangements and governance
• Exposure to Oil & Gas within a broader Corporate practice

At this level, your role will extend beyond delivery into client development, strategy, and team growth.

What They’re Looking For

• Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner-level Corporate lawyer
• Strong technical background and commercial approach
• Proven ability to manage clients and contribute to business development
• A portable client base or a clear, credible growth plan

There is no rigid threshold in terms of following — the firm takes a pragmatic view. Context, timing, and growth potential all matter.
Candidates without a significant following may still be considered where there is clear evidence of:
