Service Care Solutions are working with a Private Practise working across Scotland, who are looking for a standout Corporate Solicitor to join a fast-growing, highly regarded firm in Edinburgh.
If you’re looking to move beyond a traditional, hierarchical environment and get stuck into high-quality corporate work from day one — this is well worth a look.

You’ll join a busy and growing Corporate team working closely with approachable, commercially-minded Partners on a broad mix of work, including:

• M&A transactions
• Corporate restructurings
• Shareholder agreements & general advisory
• Exposure to Oil & Gas work within a wider corporate practice

What They’re Looking For

• NQ–4 PQE Corporate Solicitor (Scots qualified)
• Solid corporate experience (seat or post-qualified)
• Strong commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
• Someone who wants to be part of a growing team
