Corproate and Commercial Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is working in partnership with a Leading Legal 500 Company, based in Wiltshire, which is looking to recruit a talented lawyer to join their thriving Corporate and Commercial team.
 
Role: Corporate and Commercial Solicitor – Leading Legal 500 Firm
Location: Wiltshire – Hybrid Working Available
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 per annum + benefits
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Advises an impressive client base, including SMEs, large regional and international businesses, and high net worth entrepreneurs.
• Handle specialist legal work spanning technology, media, energy and landed estates.
• Support an Associate Solicitor on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, contributing to a dynamic and ambitious department known for both intellectual rigour and collaborative spirit.

What the company is looking for:

• 2+ years’ PQE in corporate and commercial matters, ideally from a regional or City firm.
• A strong understanding of corporate and commercial documentation and excellent drafting skills.
• Commercial awareness and sound business acumen.
