Salary: £42,000 per annum (negotiable) + £3,000 Annual Car Allowance

About the Role -
Service Care Solutions are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a respected care provider for an inspiring and dynamic CQC Registered Locality Manager to join their Supported Living East Region.
Based from the Central Bedfordshire office, you’ll take full operational responsibility for five supported living services across the East region. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and making a meaningful difference every day.
You’ll need to be a driver with access to your own vehicle. In recognition of this, an annual car allowance of £3,000 is offered in addition to your salary.

- Supervise and develop Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support Workers.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant health and social care legislation.

- Promote a positive, empowering culture for staff and the people supported.
About You -

- Experience in social care management within a CQC-regulated environment.
