Credit Controller

Job Title: Credit Controller
Location: Carlisle
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
 
Service Care Solutions are delighted to be working with a growing organization who, due to expansion are looking for an additional Credit Controller to join their team.
You will be reporting to the Credit Control Manager and ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding monies.

What you will be doing:

• Setting up and managing payment plans for a portfolio of customers.
• Chasing outstanding debt by phone and email.
• Regularly monitoring and reviewing payment plans, adjusting when needed
• Issue statements to customers on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Ensure all systems are accurately updated
• Other ad hoc duties as and when required

 
What you will have:

• Minimum 3 years experience within Credit Control
• Strong communication skills, particularly on the phone
• High attention to detail
• Strong working knowledge of Excel

 
In return you will receive:

• Base salary of £27,000- £30,000 DOE
