Criminal Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is working with a highly regarded law firm, based in the Dudley, which is looking to a talented Criminal Solicitor to join their busy office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor who can immediately join the Duty Solicitor Rota and is confident handling police station representation, advocacy, and criminal litigation.
 
Role: Criminal / Duty Solicitor
Location: Dudley
Salary: £35,000 to £50,000
 
The Role

• Handle a varied caseload of criminal defence matters.
• Represent clients at police stations and magistrates’ courts.
• Undertake advocacy including bail applications, case management hearings & trials.
• Participate in the Duty Solicitor Rota (including evenings/weekends).

Key Requirements

• Be a qualified solicitor with Duty Solicitor accreditation.
• Have demonstrable experience in police station representation and court work.
• Be confident and competent in advocacy and litigation.
