Role Summary –
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent (Repairs) to join a busy team in Ashford. This role will involve providing efficient customer service and administrative support for repairs. You will be responsible for handling repairs processing and scheduling, managing contractor liaison, updating customers, dealing with enquiries, and ensuring compliance with service targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and schedule repairs, ensuring jobs are accurately diagnosed, prioritised, and appointed.
- Liaise with contractors and operatives to ensure timely and satisfactory outcomes.
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and online requests, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems to ensure data integrity.
- Support invoicing, reporting, and additional administrative tasks when required.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, safeguarding, health and safety, and internal policies.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organised, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Experience within housing, repairs, or contractor liaison is desirable but not essential.
