Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent (Repairs) to join a busy Housing Repairs team with a Local Authority in Ashford.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration experience, ideally within social housing or repairs, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Raising and scheduling responsive repairs
• Processing repair requests via phone, email and online systems
• Liaising with contractors and operatives
• Updating housing management systems accurately
• Providing excellent customer service to tenants and internal stakeholders
• Managing work in progress and ensuring repairs meet KPI targets
• Supporting invoicing and other administrative duties when required
Requirements
✔ Previous experience within housing repairs, customer service or repairs administration
✔ Experience scheduling repairs or working within a repairs team
✔ Strong telephone and communication skills
✔ Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office
✔ Ability to prioritise a busy workload and work to deadlines
✔ Social housing experience is highly desirable
