Our mission is to ensure residents feel safe, supported, and connected at all times.
The Role We are seeking a dedicated Digital Care Technician to join our Connected Care Service team.
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring that all telecare and lifeline equipment is installed, deinstalled, and maintained safely, effectively, and in a timely manner. • Drive to service users’ homes to carry out installations and maintenance.
About You We’re looking for someone who is practical, compassionate, and confident working independently in the community.
Essential criteria:
  • Experience installing and maintaining lifelines and telecare equipment in service users’ homes.
  • Confident in using tools, ladders, and digital care devices.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
