Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable law firm based in Boston. They are looking for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their growing litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor seeking high-quality work, career progression, and a flexible hybrid working arrangement.

As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of contentious matters while supporting senior fee earners on more complex disputes. The role offers exposure to a broad range of litigation work and the opportunity to develop your expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The starting salary at 1 year PQE is £45,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities as a Dispute Resolution:

• Managing your own caseload of civil and commercial disputes
• Handling matters including contract disputes, debt recovery, property litigation, and general civil litigation
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and legal correspondence
• Conducting legal research and advising clients on prospects and strategy
• Attending court hearings and mediations where required
• Supporting business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships

About you:

• Qualified Solicitor with 1 year PQE or more in Dispute Resolution / Litigation
• Strong technical knowledge of civil procedure and litigation processes
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
