Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting on behalf of a popular and reputable law firm in East Yorkshire for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their growing litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor to handle a varied caseload while benefiting from a supportive working environment and flexible hybrid working arrangements.
 
Job Title: Dispute Resolution Solicitor
Location: East Yorkshire (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)
 
Responsibilities as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor:

• Manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution and civil litigation matters from instruction through to resolution.
• Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients on a range of contentious matters.
• Handle matters including contractual disputes, property disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence, and general commercial litigation.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and court pleadings.
• Conduct negotiations and represent clients where appropriate.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver a high standard of client care.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of the department.

About you as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor:

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (ideally with 4 years PQE, although candidates with relevant experience will be considered).
• Proven experience managing a dispute resolution or civil litigation caseload.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
• A proactive approach to client service and case management.
