Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is currently working with a leading Scottish law firm to recruit an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their highly regarded Litigation team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of one of the largest litigation teams in Scotland, working on high-profile and complex cases across the country.

The Role:
You’ll focus primarily on Public Sector litigation, working closely with recognised experts in the field. The work will include:

• Advising on public and administrative law matters
• Judicial Reviews and Appeals
• Representation in Tribunals and Public Inquiries
• Legislative interpretation and matters involving public bodies

What They’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years’ PQE within dispute resolution / litigation
• Experience (or strong interest) in public and administrative law
• Strong technical ability and attention to detail
• Ability to manage a varied and fast-paced caseload
• A collaborative, team-focused approach

Location: Edinburgh (office-based)
