We are looking for a passionate and skilled Early Intervention Worker to join the Children’s Centre Hub Team within Enfield. This exciting role involves delivering high-quality play and communication activities to support the growth and development of children aged 0–4 years across Enfield.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Early Intervention Worker to join the Children’s Centre Hub Team within Enfield. This exciting role involves delivering high-quality play and communication activities to support the growth and development of children aged 0–4 years across Enfield.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver activities that support communication, language, and literacy development in young children.
- Help increase the proportion of children achieving expected levels of communication and literacy at the end of the Foundation Stage.
- Record and report outcomes of worker-led events and user activities according to Centre procedures.
- Contribute to delivering services aligned with the Government’s Core Purpose for Children’s Centres, improving outcomes and reducing inequalities in:
- Child development and school readiness
- Parenting aspirations and parenting skills
- Child and family health and life chances
- Child development and school readiness
- Be passionate about early years development and supporting families.
- Be flexible to carry out daily work at any children’s centre setting, including satellite and community sites.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
