Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages pupil engagement and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with colleagues, including participating in professional development and mentoring opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and school events.
- Support extracurricular activities and school events as required.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and eligibility as an Early Career Teacher.
- Passion for teaching and a strong commitment to pupil development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
