About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Early Career Teacher to join our vibrant primary school team. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum.
  
  
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
  
  
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages pupil engagement and wellbeing.
  
  
• Collaborate with colleagues, including participating in professional development and mentoring opportunities.
  
  
• Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and initiatives.
  
  
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and school events.
  
  
• Support extracurricular activities and school events as required.
