We're looking for an experienced Electrical Team Leader to manage a team of electricians delivering responsive repairs, planned works and compliance across a busy social housing contract.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership role whilst remaining technically involved in inspections, compliance and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of electricians.
• Oversee NICEIC compliance and certification.
• Support electrical testing programmes.
• Carry out technical inspections and quality audits.
• Coach and develop electricians.
• Ensure high standards of health & safety.
• Support larger electrical projects.
• Deputise for the Electrical Manager when required.

Requirements

• NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation.
• 18th Edition.
• 2391 / 2394 / 2395 Inspection & Testing.
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience.
• Strong knowledge of NICEIC compliance.
• Social housing or maintenance background preferred.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
