We're recruiting for an experienced Electrical Tester to join a growing Property Services team delivering electrical testing, repairs and maintenance across social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete EICRs within occupied and void properties.
• Carry out consumer unit replacements and remedial works.
• Diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs.
• Produce NICEIC compliant certification.
• Complete responsive repairs and planned maintenance.
• Update work orders via handheld device.
• Participate in the out-of-hours call out rota.

Requirements

• NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation.
• 18th Edition.
• 2391 / 2394 / 2395 Inspection & Testing.
• Previous experience carrying out EICRs.
• Social housing or domestic maintenance experience desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
