Job Title: Electrician

Location: Camden & Islington (Camden, Islington & surrounding areas)
Pay Rate: £22 per hour (Ltd)
Contract Type: Ongoing / Temporary

Role Overview:
As an Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems across residential and commercial properties in West London. This is a mobile role that requires flexibility and the ability to work independently at multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and maintain electrical systems and appliances in domestic and commercial settings
• Carry out fixed wire testing, safety inspections, fault finding, and remedial works
• Complete electrical certification and relevant documentation accurately
• Ensure compliance with health & safety policies, COSHH regulations, and PPE requirements
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle to a high standard
• Accurately report daily work activities electronically or in written format
• Identify and report safeguarding concerns following company procedures

Essential Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 236 Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent)
• 17th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
• Proven experience in domestic and commercial electrical work
• Strong understanding of electrical testing, maintenance, and installations up to 230v
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Multi-trade experience (basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, mould treatment)

Desirable Qualifications:

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent

Additional Information:

• This is a mobile role – a company vehicle will be provided
• Some evening and weekend work may be required
• Flexibility to work across various locations within the designated postcode areas
