Electrician

A permanent opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Electrician to join a Housing Association in Durham. The role involves carrying out damp-associated electrical repairs and related multiskilled works across domestic and commercial properties, delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service.


Key Responsibilities
 

• Undertake damp-associated electrical repairs
• Complete accompanying multiskilled repair works
• Work across domestic and commercial properties
• Ensure all work is completed to a high-quality standard
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Requirements
 

• NVQ Level 2 in Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• 2391 Testing and Inspecting
• Full UK Driving Licence

Salary & Benefits
 

• £38,225 – £43,000 per annum
• 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• 28 days annual leave
