Location: Morden
Rate: £25.45 per hour (Umbrella)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a well-established social housing maintenance team covering the Morden area.

The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of electrical maintenance works, including responsive repairs, void properties and property MOTs. You will also undertake secondary trade duties where required, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and within agreed deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Electrical responsive repairs and maintenance
• Electrical testing and inspection
• Void property works
• Property MOTs
• Fault finding and repairs
• Completing secondary trade tasks where required
• Working in line with current Health & Safety regulations and electrical legislation
• Delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds qualification in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
• Demonstrable experience carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance
• Experience within social housing or domestic maintenance is desirable
• Full UK Driving Licence

Pay: £25.45 per hour (Umbrella)
